NOTICE OF BEST EVALUATED BIDDER: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF ICT EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE FOR THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION OF ZAMBIA

Pursuant to Section 71 of the Public Procurement Act, No. 8 of 2020, the Commission has concluded the evaluation and Procurement Committee approval of the above tender to the Best Evaluated Bidder as detailed below.

Kindly note, this notice of Best Evaluated Bidder does not constitute an award of contract to the bidder mentioned above. Bid acceptance and contract placement shall be in accordance with Part XIV of the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022.

Bidders have the right to appeal against the proposed award in accordance with Section 100 of the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 and Section 241 of the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, provided the appeal is made within Five (5) days of the date of this notice pursuant to Section 23 of the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No.17 of 2023.
