Following the conclusion of the procurement process, I am pleased to inform you that the Commission intends to award you the contract for the hire of seven hundred motor vehicles for use during the Mass Registration of Voters exercise scheduled to start in the 4th quarter of 2025. 

The schedule of vehicles that have been deployed to various districts are as per attached schedule:
