The Electoral Commission of Zambia registered 10,114 voters in the month of April, 2025 out of which 5,053 are male while 5,061 are female. Kitwe recorded the highest number of registered voters in the month under review at 1,067, while Mumbwa recorded the least at 19.
This brings the cumulative total number of registered voters for the period March 2024 to March 2025 to 136,095 out of which 67,723 are males and 68,372 are females.
Currently, the Commission conducts CRV in 30 districts namely Kabwe, Mkushi and Mumbwa in Central Province, Chingola, Kitwe and Ndola in Copperbelt Province, Chipata, Lundazi and Petauke in Eastern Province, Mansa, Nchelenge and Samfya in Luapula Province, Chongwe, Kafue and Lusaka in Lusaka Province, Chinsali, Mpika and Nakonde in Muchinga Province, Kasama, Mbala and Mporokoso in Northern Province, Kabompo, Mwinilunga and Solwezi in North-western Province, Choma, Livingstone and Monze in Southern Province and Kaoma, Mongu and Sesheke in Western Province.
