CONTINUOUS REGISTRATION OF VOTERS (CRV) UPDATE FOR OCTOBER 2024

The Electoral Commission of Zambia registered 10,352 voters in the month of October, 2024, out of which 5,007 are male while 5,345 are female. Samfya recorded the highest number of registered voters in the month under review at 1,211, while Kabompo recorded the least at 33.

This brings the cumulative total number of registered voters for the period January 2023 to October 2024 to 112,640 out of which 57, 576 are males and 55,064 are females.

Currently, the Commission conducts Continuous Registration of Voters (CRV) in 30 districts namely Kabwe, Mkushi and Mumbwa in Central Province, Chingola, Kitwe and Ndola in Copperbelt Province, Chipata, Lundazi and Petauke in Eastern Province, Mansa, Nchelenge and Samfya in Luapula Province, Chongwe, Kafue and Lusaka in Lusaka Province, Chinsali, Mpika and Nakonde in Muchinga Province, Kasama, Mbala and Mporokoso in Northern Province, Kabompo, Mwinilunga and Solwezi in North-western Province, Choma, Livingstone and Monze in Southern Province and Kaoma, Mongu and Sesheke in Western Province.
