The Electoral Commission of Zambia wishes to notify stakeholders and the public that the tender for the printing and delivery of ballot papers and other electoral materials which was reissued on 6th May, 2024 closed on 18th June, 2024. The Commission received a total of Seven (07) submissions at the tender closing time.
The evaluation of bids commenced on the 3rd July, 2024 and currently ongoing.
Other subsequent stages will follow thereafter and stakeholders will be informed.
