LAUNCH OF CRV IN ADDITIONAL 10 DISTRICTS

The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) is pleased to announce that Continuous Registration of Voters (CRV) in Mumbwa District of Central Province; Chingola District of Copperbelt Province; Petauke District of Eastern Province; Kafue District of Lusaka Province; Samfya District of Luapula Province; Mpika District of Muchinga Province; Mporokoso District of Northern Province; Mwinilunga District of North-western Province; Monze District of Southern Province, and Kaoma District of Western Province will commence on Tuesday, 4th June, 2024.

This is part of the Commission’s ongoing efforts to scale up the conduct of CRV across the country, and the addition of aforementioned Districts will increase the total number of CRV centres to 30, ensuring that there are three centres in each province.

Prior to the launch, the Commission will hold stakeholder engagement meetings on 3rd June, 2024 in respective Districts.

The Commission encourages all eligible voters to take advantage of this opportunity to register. Additionally, the Commission urges all stakeholders to actively participate in creating awareness about this important exercise.
