TENDER FOR PRINTING OF CERTIFICATES OF SERVICE FOR THE 2021 GENERAL ELECTIONS

The Electoral Commission of Zambia has made budgetary provisions towards the cost of Printing of Certificates for the 2021 General Elections as follows:

The Electoral Commission of Zambia invites sealed bids for the printing of certificates of service.
The bidding document may be obtained from the Procurement Department, Electoral Commission of Zambia Head office, upon payment of a non- refundable fee of K1000.00 through the following account:

The telephone number is 260-1-253157/250081 and the Telefax number is 260-1-257274. HOWEVER TELEGRAPHIC AND/OR ELECTRONIC OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a duly authorized Bid Securing Declaration form duly signed by the Guarantor(s), and delivered together with the bidding document.
Sealed offers must be marked, “Tender for printing of Certificates of service for the 2021 General Elections” and addressed to the Chief Electoral Officer, sent not later than 10:00 hours on Friday, 18th February, 2022.
The bids must be deposited in the tender box on the Ground Floor, Reception, Electoral Commission of Zambia offices, Lusaka, at or before 10:00 hours local time on Friday, 18th February, 2022.
The closing date for the receipt of bids is 10:00 hours local time on Friday, 18th February, 2022, and any bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted.
