Chief Pembamoyo of the Chewa people including his Induna’s and Headmen attended the meeting.
The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) is conducting training of Poll Staff from 1st to 2nd February, 2021 ahead of the 4th February, 2021 election for Council Chairperson in Vubwi District and Councillor for Miputu Ward in Masaiti District.
Poll Staff include Presiding Officers, Assistant Presiding Officers and Ushers.

Other preparations for the By-elections include the 16th January, 2021 Traditional Leaders’ meeting which was addressed by ECZ Commissioner, Maj. Gen. Vincent Mukanda in Vubwi District.
