The Electoral Commission of Zambia is supporting voter education workshops for People With Disabilities and Street Theatre activities across the country. Topics include ‘the elections process’ and ‘ the Referendum’.
The ECZ is ensuring that Voter Education workshops are being implemented mainly by disabled facilitators so as to include Persons With Disabilities at all levels of the voter education process.
The ECZ is also using street theatre for voter education and the UNAMA Network (A network of performance arts organisations) has been identified as a strategic partner in the use of theatre for voter education for grassroots communities across the country.
We will be sharing photos and videos of the events as they unfold.
For more information, you can contact ECZ Voter Education Department.
