Mr. Mangala Collins Zimba was appointed Human Resource and Administration Manager on 1st September, 2022.
A graduate of the University of Zambia (MBA 2021), Stellenbosch University – Cape Town (BPhil 2014) and Copperbelt University (BBA 2002), Mr. Zimba is a Full-Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management with over sixteen years in the practice of human resource management.
Before joining the Commission as Senior Administrative Officer, his career in Human Resource Management started off with Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (ZAMTEL) where he served in various portfolios which included the following; Training and Development Officer; Senior Human Resource Officer; Assistant Human Resource Manager; and Human Resource Business Partner.
Mr. Zimba has experience in both private and public sector having worked in different portfolios in Pride Zambia and the Anti-Corruption Commission.
