Ms Ndiyoi M. Mutiti has had a distinguished service in the diplomatic service, having served as Zambian High Commissioner to Zimbabwe and Ambassador to Japan. Prior to her appointment in foreign service, Ambassador Mutiti served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs and as Chief Immigration Officer. Ambassador Mutiti also served as Director at the National Archives of Zambia.
She sat on various Commitees of Permanent Secretaries and the Boards of Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA), Zambia National Tourist Board and National Mesuems Board.
In addition, Ambassador Muti served as Chairperson of the Association of Commonwealth Archivists and Records Managers (ACARM)
