Mr. Bob Mwelwa Musenga was appointed Commission Secretary on 6th February, 2018.

A graduate of the University of Zambia and University of Aberdeen in law, and Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies – Pisa, MSc in Electoral Policy and Administration.  Mr. Musenga   was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Zambia in November 1996 and worked for Messrs Permanent Chambers and later Messrs Lloyd Siame and Coy as Assistant Advocate before joining Tanzania Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) as Senior Legal Counsel.

He served as first Board Secretary/Legal Counsel for Zambia Daily Mail Ltd and later joined the Public Service Pensions Fund as Senior Legal Officer.

Before joining the Commission, he served as Board Secretary/Director Corporate Services and later Deputy Registrar-Pensions at the Pensions and Insurance Authority.
