The Electoral Commission of Zambia has made budgetary provisions towards the cost of procurement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS) for the Electoral Commission of Zambia.
The Electoral Commission of Zambia now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS) for the Electoral Commission of Zambia.

A bidding document may be obtained from the Zambia Public Procurement Authority e-GP System upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 1, 000.00 or its equivalent.
This tender is open to all eligible bidders, both local and international with partnership with citizens bidders as provided for in section 39 (5) of the Public Procurement Act No. of 2020, and will be administered following the rules under Open International Competitive bidding procedures as provided for in the Zambia Public Procurement Act. No. 8 of 2020 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2022.
