Kryticous Patrick Nshindano is the Chief Electoral Officer of the Electoral Commission of Zambia. He is responsible for spearheading the overall operations of the Commission and reports directly to its board.

Mr. Bob Mwelwa Musenga was appointed Commission Secretary on 6th February, 2018. A graduate of the University of Zambia (LLB 1996) and University of Aberdeen (LLM 2007)

Mr. Royd Katongo joined the Commission as Director Electoral Operations on 1st August 2019. Prior to joining the Commission, Mr. Katongo worked at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Zambia Country Office as Governance Analyst from May 2013 to July 2019.

Dylan Bwalya Kasonde is an ICT Governance and Information Security expert. He is currently Director – ICT at the Electoral Commission of Zambia. He was previously in charge of the ICT operations section of the Commission. Prior to joining the Commission, he was in charge of ICT Operations Section at the National Assembly of Zambia (Zambian Parliament).
