Bidders have the right to appeal against the proposed award in accordance with Section 100 of the Public Procurement Act and Section 241 of the Regulations, provided the appeal is made within Five (5) days of the date of this notice pursuant to section 23 of the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No.17 of 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
