{"id":4241,"date":"2022-03-14T15:03:56","date_gmt":"2022-03-14T15:03:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.elections.org.zm\/?p=4241"},"modified":"2023-01-24T13:15:59","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T13:15:59","slug":"postponement-of-by-elections-for-mongu-district-and-two-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elections.org.zm\/?p=4241","title":{"rendered":"POSTPONEMENT OF BY-ELECTIONS FOR MONGU DISTRICT AND TWO (2)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"text-align:right\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 14<sup>th<\/sup> March, 2022&nbsp; <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>PRESS RELEASE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">(For Immediate release)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>POSTPONEMENT OF BY-ELECTIONS FOR MONGU DISTRICT AND TWO (2) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>LOCAL GOVERNMENT WARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notice is hereby given to the general public that the Electoral\nCommission of Zambia has postponed the holding of nominations and polls for theMongu District Mayoral by-election in Western\nProvince and two (2) Local Government Ward by-elections in <strong>Lukutu Ward<\/strong> of Luwingu Town Council in Northern Province and <strong>Katimba Ward<\/strong> of Monze Town Council in Southern\nProvince.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Commission has since prescribed <strong>Tuesday\n22<sup>nd<\/sup> March 2022 as nomination day.
