The Electoral Commission of Zambia has made budgetary allocation towards the cost of the construction of a Pre- Fabricated Warehouse in Silverest area of Chongwe District. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Electoral Commission of Zambia invites\nsealed bids from eligible bidders to tender for the <\/strong>construction of a Pre- Fabricated Warehouse.<\/strong> <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A bidding document may be obtained from\nProcurement Department, Electoral Commission of Zambia Head office, upon\npayment of a non- refundable fee of K1, 000.00 through   the following account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bids shall be valid\nfor a minimum period of 90 days from the Bid closing date and must be\naccompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 2% of the bid sum in the form of\nBank Guarantee\/Bid Bond from a reputable bank or financial institution, issued\nand duly signed by the Guarantor (s), or the bid securing declaration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sealed bids must be clearly marked: \u201cTender for \nthe <\/strong>construction of a Pre-\nFabricated Warehouse<\/strong>\u201d<\/strong> and addressed to The Chief Electoral Officer, sent not later than 10.00 hours local time on Friday 25th<\/sup>\nFebruary, 2022<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sealed bids must be deposited in the Tender\nBox located on the Ground Floor, Reception Area, Electoral Commission of Zambia\nOffices, Lusaka, at or before 10.00 hours local time on Friday 25th<\/sup>\nFebruary, 2022.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Site visit will be conducted on Friday, 11th<\/sup> February, 2022 at\n10:00 hours local time<\/strong> at the Silverest Warehouse located along 3rd<\/sup>\nStreet, Silverest Area, just before Silverest Primary School. Bidders must find\ntheir way to the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The closing date for the receipt of the bids is\n10.00 hours local time on Friday 25th<\/sup> February, 2022<\/strong>.  The bids will be opened in the Conference\nRoom on the Ground Floor on the same date soon after closing in the presence of\nbidders or their representatives who choose to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
