The Electoral\nCommission of Zambia wishes to hire one thousand one hundred motor vehicles for\nuse during the 2021 Nominations and Polls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Electoral\nCommission of Zambianow invites offers from interested eligible\nfirms for hire of motor vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may obtain further\ninformation from Electoral Commission of Zambia, Elections House, Haile\nSelassie Avenue, P.O Box 50274, LUSAKA, ZAMBIA. \nThe telephone number is 260-1-253157\/250081 and the Telefax number is\n260-1-253157\/257274. HOWEVER TELEGRAPHIC AND\/OR ELECTRONIC OFFERS WILL NOT\nBE ACCEPTED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A complete set of\ndocuments may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K750.00 for\nup to five vehicles per firm from the office of the Head of Procurement,\nProcurement Unit, Electoral Commission of Zambia. You can also visit our\nwebsite or facebook page for the inspection of the tender document prior to\npurchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sealed offers must be\nmarked \u2018<\/em>Tender for Hire of One thousand motor vehicles\nand addressed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Chief Electoral Officer – Electoral Commission of\nZambia (for ECZ HQ); and<\/li>
  2. The District Electoral Officer (for the district of\nchoice as per schedule, part VI of the bidding document).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The submissions must\nbe sent not later than 10:00 hours on Friday, 16th<\/sup> April, 2021 in\nboth categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The offers must be\ndeposited in the tender boxes of the respective bidding centres at or before\n10:00 hours local time on Friday, 16th<\/sup> April, 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The closing date for\nthe receipt of offers is 10:00 hours local time on Friday, 16th<\/sup>\nApril, 2021, and any offer received\nafter the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted<\/strong>. The Bids\nwill be opened in the conference room at ECZ headquarters on the same date soon\nafter closing and at civic centres in the respective district councils. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
