\n\nThe Commission conducted meetings for Stakeholders on 4th February, 2021with representatives of political parties from 10.00hrs to 12.00hrs and Civil Society Organisations on the same date from 14.00hrs to 17.00hrs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meetings which were held virtually on Zoom were attended by ECZ Staff and representatives of political parties and chaired by the ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Mr. Kryticous Nshindano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the meetings, the Commission shared the 2021 General Election Calendar with details of activities which are taking place between now and conduct of the General Election on 12th August, 2021. The Commission also shared details of the legal provisions and requirements for conduct of all electoral activities ahead of the 2021 General Election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stakeholders raised various questions and contributions on various areas related to the presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
