Electoral Commission of Zambia Commissioner Amb. Ndiyoi Muliwana Mutiti, was confered with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star for her contributions to promoting relations between Japan and Zambia at the residence of the Ambassador of Japan.
Commissioner Mutiti served as Ambassador of the Republic of Zambia to Japan from 2015 to 2020.
