Six Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Staff are in the United States of America (USA) hosted by the U.S. Department of State for a two-week International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) that commenced this week in Washington, DC.
During the program, the team will learn about various best practices in conducting elections, transitioning from manual to electronic voting, and decentralization of the registration process.
The ECZ officials will also visit Saint Louis, Missouri and Denver, Colorado.
