ECZ AND THE EU OBSERVER MISSION IN A ROUNDTABLE MEETING TO DISCUSS RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE EU-EOM REPORT ON THE 2021 GENERAL ELECTION

The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) met the European Union Election Observer Mission (EU-EOM) to the Zambian 2021 General Election Chief Observer Hon. Maria Arena MEP and her delegation in a roundtable meeting at Radisson Blu Hotel in Lusaka on Friday 11th February, 2022.

The meeting deliberated on the recommendations contained in the Observer Mission Report on the 2021 General Election which was presented to the (ECZ) Chairperson Hon. Mr. Justice Esau E. Chulu at the ECZ Headquarters in Lusaka on 8th February, 2022.

Present at the meeting were the EU Chief Observer and her Delegation which was accompanied by European Union Ambassador His Excellency Mr. Jacek Jankowski, ECZ Chairperson Hon. Justice Esau Chulu, ECZ Vice Chairperson Dr. Emily J. Sikazwe, ECZ Commissioners Amb. Ali D. Simwinga, Maj. Gen. Vincent M. Mukanda rtd, Amb. Ndiyoi Mutiti, ECZ CEO Mr. Kryticous Patrick Nshindano and ECZ Staff.
