The European Union Election Observer Mission to the Zambian 2021 General Election Chief Observer Hon. Maria Arena presented the Final Report of the EU Observer Mission to the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Chairperson Hon. Mr. Justice Esau E. Chulu at the ECZ Headquarters in Lusaka on 8th February, 2022.

Present to receive the EU Chief Observer and her Delegation which was accompanied by European Union Ambassador His Excellency Mr. Jacek Jankowski were ECZ Chairperson Hon. Justice Esau Chulu, ECZ Vice Chairperson Dr. Emily J. Sikazwe, ECZ Commissioners Amb. Ali D. Simwinga, Maj. Gen. Vincent M. Mukanda rtd, Amb. Ndiyoi Mutiti, ECZ CEO Mr. Kryticous Patrick Nshindano and ECZ Staff.
