The Electoral Commission of Zambiahas made budgetary provisions towards the cost of procurement for the supply, delivery and installation of air conditioning Units and Lithium Batteries at the Electoral Commission warehouse in Silverest.

The Electoral Commission of Zambia invites sealed bids for the supply, delivery and installation of Air conditioning Units and Lithium Batteries at the Commission’s warehouse in Silverest.

  A bidding document may be obtained from the Procurement Department, Electoral Commission of Zambia Head office, upon payment of a non- refundable fee of K500.00 through   the following account:

The Schedule of requirements is as follows

HOWEVER TELEGRAPHIC AND/OR ELECTRONIC OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a duly authorized Bid Securing Declaration form duly signed by the Guarantor(s), and delivered together with the bidding document.

Sealed offers must be marked, ‘Tender for the supply, delivery and installation air conditioning Units and Lithium Batteries at the Electoral Commission warehouse Silverest ’ And Addressed To The Chief Electoral Officer, Sent Not Later Than 10:00 Hours On Friday, 18^th February 2022.

The bids must be deposited in the tender box on the Ground Floor, Reception, Electoral Commission of Zambia offices, Lusaka, at or before 10:00 hours local time on Friday, 18^th February ,2022.

The closing date for the receipt of bids is 10:00 hours local time on Friday, 18^th February ,2022, and any bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted.
