  • As a Zambian Citizen I need to know the following before I can make a decision WHETHER or NOT to VOTE in the REFERENDUM: (1)What rights are in the Bill Of Rights document? (2)How can we access this document so that we can see what we are voting FOR or AGAINST during the REFERENDUM? (3)What Social,Economical or Political Rights will be added if we vote YES in the REFERENDUM?

I belong to a church based civil organization based in Kitwe. We have organized ourselves to educate our church members on the referendum using our own resources. My question is when are you coming to our area and what do i need to do to get some information from you? We are having one this Sunday at our Church.
