HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION

  

125. (1) There is hereby established a Human Rights Commission.
(2) The Human Rights Commission shall be autonomous.

126. The functions, powers, composition, funding and 
:administrative procedures, including the employment of staff, of the Human Rights Commission shall be prescribed by or under an Act of Parliament.
